1. Who you are buying from

www.syppd.com is owned and operated by Epoch, a partnership firm registered in India with its principal place of business at 95, Krishi Apartment, Sector-13, Rohini, Delhi-110085. Our GST registration number is 07AAMFE9282A1ZC and our FSSAI licence number is 23326001003650. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Epoch operating the SYPP'D brand. "You" and "your" mean anyone who uses our website or buys from us.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By browsing our website, creating an account, placing an order or accepting a delivery from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or buy from us. These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation Policy and our Shipping Policy, and all four should be read together.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India to buy from us. If you are under eighteen, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and any order must be placed by them. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these conditions.

4. Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your details accurate and up to date, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at info@syppd.com if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account if we believe it is being used for fraud, resale without our permission, abuse of discount codes or anything unlawful.

5. Our products

SYPP'D sells liquid coffee concentrate in single serve sachets, sold as multi sachet packs. A few things worth knowing:

This is a food product, manufactured and labelled in line with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the regulations made under it. Our FSSAI licence number is printed on every pack.
Ingredients, nutritional information, allergen information, the batch number and the best before date are printed on every pack. Please read the pack before you consume the product.
The product is shelf stable and does not need refrigeration before opening. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and follow the storage instructions on the pack.
Photographs, illustrations and videos on our website and social media are for representation. Actual packaging, colour and appearance may differ slightly. Colours also vary from screen to screen.
Taste is personal. We describe our flavours as accurately as we can, but we cannot promise that a flavour will suit your palate.

6. Prices, taxes and charges

All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless we say otherwise. No product is sold above the maximum retail price printed on the pack. Shipping charges, cash on delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout before you pay, so you always see the full amount before you confirm.

We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice. A price change will never affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.

7. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel it, in full or in part, for reasons including stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, a delivery address we cannot service, a failed payment, a suspected fraudulent or duplicate order, or a quantity that suggests commercial resale. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Please check your order summary carefully before you pay, in particular the delivery address, the PIN code and your phone number. We pack and ship quickly, and once an order is dispatched we cannot change where it is going.

8. Paying us

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, through our payment gateway partner. We also offer cash on delivery on eligible orders. No advance payment is needed to confirm your order and the full amount is paid at the time of delivery. If you refuse a delivery you asked for, we may stop offering cash on delivery on your future orders, as explained in our Cancellation Policy.

If a payment fails but money leaves your account, it is usually reversed by your bank within a few business days. Write to us with the transaction reference and we will follow it up with the gateway on your behalf.

9. Offers, discount codes and gift promotions

Discount codes, welcome offers, free gifts and promotional bundles are subject to their own conditions, which we publish alongside them. Unless we say otherwise:

One code per order and codes cannot be combined
A first order code can be used once per customer, which we identify by email address, phone number and delivery address
Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred
Codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed
We may withdraw or change an offer at any time, without affecting orders already placed
We may cancel orders and void codes where we see bulk misuse or attempts to game an offer

10. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Our Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how long we take and what we charge. Our Cancellation Policy explains when you can cancel, what we replace or refund and how quickly. Both form part of these terms.

11. Reviews, photos and anything else you post

We love seeing what you make with SYPP'D. When you post a review on our website or send us a photo or video or tag us on social media, you keep ownership of what you created. You also give us permission to use it, free of charge and worldwide, on our website, our social media, our packaging, our marketing and our retail material, with credit to your handle where we can. You can ask us to stop using a specific piece of content at any time by writing to info@syppd.com and we will stop using it going forward.

When you post, please only share content you created and have the right to share, keep it lawful and free of anything abusive, obscene, misleading or infringing, and do not impersonate anyone. We may remove or decline to publish content, but we are not obliged to monitor everything that is posted.

12. Our brand and our content

The SYPP'D name, logo, wordmark, packaging design, illustrations, photography, recipes, copy and website design belong to us or are used under licence. You may share our content on social media with credit. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell or use any of it commercially, register a similar name or mark, or use it in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

13. Things you must not do

When using our website, please do not:

Use it for anything unlawful or to break any Indian law or regulation
Buy from us for commercial resale or to supply to another business, without our written agreement
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data
Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access, copy or overload the site
Introduce viruses or other harmful code
Interfere with anyone else's use of the site
Copy our brand assets, product listings or copy for a competing product
Submit false information, place fraudulent orders or misuse our returns and refunds process

14. Links to other websites

Our website may link to websites we do not run. We include those links for convenience and we do not endorse or take responsibility for their content, their products or how they treat your information. Visiting them is at your own risk.

15. What we promise and what we do not

We work hard to keep our website accurate and available and to make sure every pack that leaves us is safe, correctly labelled and within date. We are responsible to you for the quality and safety of the product we supply and nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.

That said, we cannot promise the website will always be available, error free or free of interruption and we cannot guarantee that every description, image, recipe or nutritional estimate on the site is free of typographical error. Recipes and serving suggestions are shared in good faith and are not dietary or medical advice.

16. Limit on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data. Nothing in this clause limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law.

17. Cover for misuse

If we suffer a loss, claim or cost because you broke these terms, misused our website, infringed someone else's rights or broke the law, you agree to cover us for that loss, including reasonable legal costs.

18. Things outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, extreme weather, epidemics, war, riots, strikes, courier network failures, power or internet outages, government restrictions and regulatory action. If such an event affects your order, we will tell you and either deliver as soon as we reasonably can or cancel and refund you in full.

19. Ending this agreement

You can stop using our website at any time. We may suspend or withdraw your access if you break these terms, without affecting your obligation to pay for orders already placed or any rights either of us has already accrued. Clauses on intellectual property, liability, cover for misuse, governing law and grievance redressal continue to apply after this agreement ends.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business grows. The current version is always at www.syppd.com and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the day you placed it. If you keep using the website after we publish a change, you accept the updated terms.

21. If something goes wrong

Please tell us first. Most problems are quicker to fix over email than anywhere else. Write to info@syppd.com. If you are not satisfied, escalate to our Grievance Officer:

In line with the Consumer Protection (E Commerce) Rules, 2020, we will acknowledge your complaint within forty eight hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it. You always retain your right to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and nothing in these terms takes that right away.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
