SYPP'D is brewed liquid coffee concentrate, sealed in single serve 30ml sachets. We do the brewing so you don't have to. Tear it, pour it, add milk or water and your cup is ready in about 20 seconds. No machine, no grinder, no waiting.

No. Instant coffee is brewed and then dried into powder or granules, which you dissolve back in water. Ours is never dried. It stays liquid from the brew all the way into the sachet, so what you pour is the coffee exactly as it was brewed.

Our beans are single origin 100% Arabica from Chikmagalur, Karnataka, where coffee was first grown in India. 

Four steps. We source the beans, roast them, brew them for several hours and seal the coffee straight into the sachet. That's it.

• Espresso: ust coffee and water. Bold, smooth and unsweetened, so you're in charge of how it ends up.
• Caramel: our coffee with caramel we make from scratch and a pinch of sea salt. Lightly sweet with a salty finish.

Every box has 10 sachets, so 10 cups. Two if you like it strong, and we won't judge (much).

• Espresso box: 10 Espresso sachets

₹799 for one box and ₹1,499 for any two boxes. Prices include GST. That's under ₹80 a cup and shipping is free when you buy two.

Yes. One 30ml sachet makes one cup. If you like it stronger, use less milk or water or go for two sachets.

If you drink your coffee black or like to control the sugar, start with Espresso. If you like your coffee a little sweet, go Caramel. Still unsure? The Assorted box has both.

1. Tear the sachet.
2. Pour it into a glass or mug.
3. Add 150 of milk or water, hot or cold, plus ice or sugar if you like.
4. Stir and sypp.
   
   No brewing, no equipment, no cleanup beyond a spoon.

Both. Pour it over ice with cold milk for an iced latte or into hot milk or water for a warm cup. It mixes straight in either way.

Start with one sachet to about 150ml of milk or water, then adjust to taste. Less liquid makes it stronger, more makes it lighter. There's no wrong answer.

Yes. Oat, almond and soy milk all work well.

No. A glass and a spoon. That's the whole setup.

It's a concentrate, so it's meant to be mixed. Straight from the sachet it's very intense. We'd recommend at least a splash of water or milk.

Yes. Mix a few sachets with milk or water, keep it covered in the fridge and drink it within 24 hours.

Coffee and water. Nothing else.

Coffee, water, sugar, caramel we make from scratch and sea salt.

No. No preservatives, no artificial flavours, no chicory. If it's in the sachet, it's on the label.

It comes down to how it's brewed and sealed. Each sachet is a multi layer foil pack that keeps out air and light, which is what keeps the coffee fresh until you open it.

Espresso has about 8.2 kcal per sachet and Caramel about 68 kcal, before you add milk or sugar. The full nutrition table is printed on every box.

Coffee contains caffeine, so we don't recommend it for children. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to caffeine, please check with your doctor first.

Yes. SYPP'D is made under FSSAI licence number 23326001003650, and it's printed on every pack.

8 months from the date of manufacture. The best before date is printed on each sachet.

No. Store it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. If you like it extra cold, you can chill the sachets in the fridge before using them.

Each sachet is one serving, so it's made to be used in one go. Once you've mixed your drink, finish it fresh or keep it covered in the fridge for the same day.

That's the idea. Gym bag, office drawer, train, hotel room, road trip. Each sachet is 30ml, well under the usual 100ml limit for liquids in cabin baggage, though airport security always has the final say.

We wouldn't. Freezing and thawing can change the taste. If you want icy, pour it over ice instead, or freeze it as coffee ice cubes once it's mixed.

Yes. COD is available on all orders across serviceable pin codes.

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Write to us within 12 hours of ordering at 
info@syppd.com or on WhatsApp. Once it's shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hrs of receiving the order.

Each box is sealed, wrapped in cushioning and packed in a sturdy corrugated shipper, so it gets to you in one piece.

It's food, so we can't take back an opened pack — that's the rule and it isn't ours. But if something turns up damaged, wrong, or generally not right, email us a photo and we'll replace it. No forms, no arguing, no asking you to prove it

Email us at info@syppd.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. An unboxing video helps us sort it faster. We'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For COD orders, we'll refund you by UPI or bank transfer.
